Bejan Noorani, CPA

Bejan Noorani is a Certified Public Accountant, with 15+ years in both public and private accounting. He loves helping clients maximize their potential, and it is with that in mind when he founded Traverse Accounting & Business Services.

His prior experience includes 3 years as CFO/Controller in another PEO and over 12 years in public accounting providing tax, audit and accounting services for companies in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution and service-related industries. Bejan also has experience working with private equity groups and ERISA audits.

When not working, he enjoys anything he can do with friends and family or just taking in the outdoors that Arizona offers. Such activities include hiking, golfing, going to sporting events, or simply a backyard bbq.

Additionally, Bejan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arizona Society of CPAs.

Ann Michele Couch, CPA

Ann is the founder and president of Ann Michele Couch, CPA, PC. She was graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. She worked on the audit staff of a “Big Eight” accounting firm. In 1981, she established her own practice and is the sole shareholder.

Ann is a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs. She is a member of Entrepreneurial CPAs Network and served as president and program chairperson for three years. She co-founded Institute for Healthcare Business Education, LLC, an organization devoted to educating healthcare professionals in business practices and procedures. She has presented seminars on business education and has several articles published on topics of interest to business owners. She has served on the School Board as well as the Parent-Teacher Organization at her children’s school and is active in church ministry. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Vintage Properties.

Born and raised in Globe, Arizona, Ann blends the small-town values, service and ethics with the expertise and technological savvy required of a professional in the 21^st century.

Ann derives her greatest pleasure from spending time with her three sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and extended family. Her other passions include maintaining friendships, music, hiking, travel, and reading.
